Looking ahead to editing, multimedia and websites

We have one more class on photo (tomorrow), then we'll move into editing. We're going to start by look at the first class exercise -- those bios you all edited the first week, and talk about editing in general and critiquing websites. NOTICE: You have a graded assignment for Wednesday. You are asked to critique the www.journalsentinel.com. The D2L site has short explanation of how to critique a website. We'll also talk about it briefly in class tomorrow. And our first exam is scheduled for Sept. 29, a week from Wednesday.

Welcome to the Boring Blog That Leads to Fun Blogs

Welcome to the MUJOUR4200 blog. Isn't that about the most boring title ever? I think so, and I named it.

Anyway, here's the central blog of this semester's Journalism 4200 class at Marquette University. Along the right side are addresses for student bloggers in the class. I'll post to this space occasionally -- but I'll be reading all the student blogs at least once a week. I encourage you to as well. Already there are some interesting comments.
